Terms And Conditions

By engaging SEOMasterz for any SEO or digital marketing service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

SEOMasterz provides a range of digital marketing services including:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Local SEO & Google My Business Optimization
• Link Building & Content Marketing
• Social Media Marketing
• Technical SEO Audits
• Website Content Writing

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver services
• Grant necessary access to your website, Google Search Console, and analytics platforms
• Review and approve content, strategies, and reports in a timely manner
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule

Unless otherwise stated:

• Monthly retainer fees are due at the beginning of each month
• Project-based fees require a 50% upfront deposit
• Late payments may result in service suspension after 7 days
• All prices are in PKR or USD as agreed

SEOMasterz employs best-practice SEO strategies; however, we cannot guarantee specific rankings on search engines. Search engine algorithms are constantly evolving and ranking positions can be influenced by factors outside our control.

All content, strategies, and reports created by SEOMasterz remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of client-specific deliverables transfers to the client.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately payable.

SEOMasterz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
